    Der Versand erfolgt versichert über DHL, UPS oder ein vergleichbares Transportunternehmen mit Sendungsverfolgung.
    El envío se realiza de forma asegurada a través de DHL, UPS u otra empresa de transporte con seguimiento.

  • Liefergebiet / Zona de entrega:
    Wir liefern innerhalb Deutschlands und auf Anfrage auch in andere EU-Länder.
    Realizamos envíos dentro de Alemania y, previa consulta, también a otros países de la UE.

  • Lieferzeit / Plazo de entrega:
    10–15 Werktage nach Zahlungseingang.
    De 10 a 15 días laborables tras la recepción del pago.

 

  • 🇩🇪 Versandkosten innerhalb Deutschlands (DHL)

Der Versand erfolgt mit DHL innerhalb Deutschlands. Die Versandkosten richten sich nach Größe und Gewicht des Pakets:

Für kleinere Sendungen (z. B. Zeichnungen oder kleine Werke) beginnen die Versandkosten bei 3,99 €. Für größere oder versicherte Pakete (z. B. Gemälde auf Leinwand) liegen die Kosten je nach Format und Gewicht in der Regel zwischen 5,49 € und 19,99 €.

Alle DHL-Pakete beinhalten eine Sendungsverfolgung und eine Versicherung bis 500 €. Für hochwertige oder empfindliche Kunstwerke bieten wir auf Wunsch einen versicherten Spezialversand an. Bitte kontaktiere uns hierfür im Voraus.

🇪🇸 Gastos de envío dentro de Alemania (DHL)

Los envíos se realizan con DHL dentro de Alemania. Los gastos de envío dependen del tamaño y el peso del paquete:

Para envíos pequeños (como dibujos u obras de menor tamaño), los costes comienzan en 3,99 €. Para obras más grandes o aseguradas (como lienzos), el coste habitual varía entre 5,49 € y 19,99 €, según el formato y el peso.

Todos los paquetes enviados con DHL incluyen seguimiento del envío y seguro hasta 500 €. Para obras valiosas o delicadas, ofrecemos un servicio especial de envío asegurado bajo petición. Por favor, contáctanos previamente si deseas esta opción.

Jedes Kunstwerk wird transportsicher und professionell verpackt.
Cada obra se embala de forma segura y profesional para el transporte.

 

 

2. Transportschäden / Daños durante el transporte

Bitte prüfen Sie die Ware nach Erhalt umgehend. Bei sichtbaren Schäden wenden Sie sich direkt an den Zusteller und kontaktieren Sie uns.
Por favor, revise la obra nada más recibirla. En caso de daños visibles, notifíquelo al repartidor y contáctenos de inmediato.

 

3. Eigentumsvorbehalt / Reserva de propiedad

Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unser Eigentum.
La obra sigue siendo propiedad del vendedor hasta el pago completo.

 

4. Widerrufsrecht / Derecho de desistimiento

🔸 Bei Einzelstücken / Para obras únicas:

Da es sich um Unikate oder personalisierte Werke handelt, ist das Widerrufsrecht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB ausgeschlossen.
En el caso de piezas únicas o personalizadas, el derecho de desistimiento queda excluido según la legislación alemana (§ 312g BGB).

🔸 Bei anderen Produkten / Para otros productos:

  • Widerrufsfrist: 14 Tage

  • Rücksendekosten: trägt der Käufer

  • Rückerstattung: innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Rückerhalt

  • Plazo de desistimiento: 14 días

  • Coste de devolución: a cargo del comprador

  • Reembolso: dentro de los 14 días tras recibir la devolución*

📦 Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping Information

    Orders are shipped insured via DHL, UPS, or a comparable carrier with tracking.

  • Delivery area:
    We deliver within Germany and, upon request, to other EU countries.

  • Delivery time:
    Usually 10–15 business days after receipt of payment.

  • Shipping costs:

    Shipping is handled via DHL within Germany. Costs depend on the size and weight of the package:

    For small shipments (e.g., drawings or smaller works), shipping starts at €3.99. For larger or insured packages (e.g., canvas paintings), the cost typically ranges between €5.49 and €19.99, depending on size and weight.

    All DHL parcels include tracking and insurance up to €500. For valuable or fragile artworks, we offer special insured shipping upon request. Please contact us in advance if you would like this option.

     

  • Packaging:
    All artworks are securely and professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.

2. Transport Damage

Please inspect the item immediately upon delivery. In the case of visible damage, report it directly to the delivery company and contact us as soon as possible.
This helps us resolve shipping damage claims quickly and effectively.

3. Retention of Ownership

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment is received.

4. Right of Withdrawal

🔸 For unique or personalized artworks:

Because most of our pieces are unique or made-to-order, the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

🔸 For other items:

  • Withdrawal period: 14 days from receipt of goods

  • Return shipping costs: paid by the buyer

  • Refund: issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item
